Jeff & Jeri Taylor

Jeff and Jeri Taylor have been in business for 35 years with the first 10 in Oconomowoc Wisconsin and the last 25 in Fish Creek, Door County Wisconsin. Their keen sense of color and display has made their gallery a “must see” for visitors and locals alike. Jeff’s history as an artist began at the Art Institute of Chicago, where he studied painting and sculpture. His interest in art grew into a compelling passion for jewelry “little sculptures”. Jeff’s love of the ocean, scuba diving, along with the Arizona landscape, have been inspirations for color and texture that he infuses into wearable art.

Jeff’s eye is perfect to showcase rare gems and unusually shaped stones. The mixing of organic shapes with geometric angles, in 14kt/22kt gold and sterling silver, using casting and fabrication techniques, create endless possibilities.

“I learn something new everyday about my craft/life and purpose; it’s always in flux and amazing. The basics for me are the evolution of color, form and texture in balance with fun’…..and the journey continues.

Jen Hough

Jen Hough joined the staff in 2006 as a jewelry designer. Her designs contain a simple elegance with clean sleek lines. Much of her inspiration is drawn from architecture and imagination; where balance meets form and functionality. Jen’s education started with a two year apprenticeship and continues as she completes her GIA Gemology degree.

Jen along with Kim Steger and Stacy Maricle are the glue that keeps things together. As managers and sales associates they are knowledgeable and always ready to help.

It is not unusual to find the Taylor’s two dogs, Fidel and Rico, in the store and waiting for a treat.
